Ask Yourself Why is an awareness cultivating message in a playful form. To ask 'why' before one automatically does something / says something can be a great way of innovating behaviour, breaking out from unconscious thinking patterns.

It's an invitation to realize the fact that every 'I' is built of many past ‘I’s. These internalized voices, opposing impulses create a constant struggle. Growing tension, mental energy waste that comes from trying to go at once in opposite directions can be reduced in a moment of mindful dancing and shaking off some of the outworn concepts.
